Description
Sessions are instilled in mindfulness for Parent and Baby, to help you both to carryOn/calm.
Baby Massage will help to increase bonding, soothe and relax baby, encourage their flexibility and muscle development and to help with any common baby ailments (digestive and respiratory).
This is a 3 week, hourly course for babies from birth, but ideally following 6 weeks checks, to pre-crawling (6-7 months).
