Description
We’ll start the morning with a short guided breathwork practice to soothe and ground you. The morning will offer you time and space to use as you need to, whether this be to move, to be still or to rest. We’ll flow through a gentle nurturing yoga practice that will help to release any aches or tension held in the body. Towards the end of the practice we’ll incorporate slower movements and postures that are held for longer to help prepare the body for deep rest. The morning will finish with a guided Yoga Nidra (relaxation) practice to help you rest and relax so you leave feeling refreshed and re-energised as you move into the rest of your weekend.
There will be plenty of time to tune into your needs and energy levels so you can tailor your practice to suit your needs on the day. As always there will be time at the end of the workshop to enjoy tea, snacks and sharing together.
