Description

A complete antenatal and hypnobirthing course including breastfeeding preparation, with a trained hypnobirthing specialist/Health visitor. I will support you during labour and birth. As a couple you will gain an understanding of what to expect and what options are available to you whatever path your birth takes. It's so important to feel prepared, and also be on the same page so your birth partner can really support you. The course helps birth partners feel more confident in their supportive role and have their own tools to use to make sure you feel truly supported. Each course includes a goodybag with a workbook and all MP3 tracks sent to help support your practise, as well as follow up emails and support
