Description
First Tastes is the ideal course for anyone about to start, or just starting, with weaning baby onto solid foods. We make a variety of fruit and veg based purees/finger sticks to get your fridge or freezer stocked and ready for weaning. We will guide you through the first steps of weaning, and will give you the space to ask any questions or discuss any worries you may have. Covering all the scary topics like allergies and choking, we hope to ease your nerves and give you the support and confidence to enjoy your weaning journey.
