CORE WELLNESS

A dynamic class that combines aerobics, strength-building, and relaxation! This session features cardio-based exercises set to music, with added elements of muscle strengthening and stretching. Enjoy a fun and engaging class, that helps you break a sweat and achieve a full-body workout, all alongside your little one.

Whether you're wearing a young baby in a carrier or have a curious toddler eager to 'copy mummy', we welcome all children aged up to 5 years. During the school holidays, siblings over 5 years may also join you. Plus your children can attend absolutely free of charge!

All equipment will be provided, but you are welcome to use your own exercise mat if preferred and a baby-wearing device if you wish to carry your baby for some of the exercises. Bring a water bottle for hydration, a towel for your comfort, and any personal items you may need. For your baby, consider bringing toys or comfort items to help keep them content during the class.

Please ensure you have completed your 6-8 week postnatal check-up (for vaginal delivery) or 10-12 week postnatal check-up (for caesarean delivery) and received clearance from a healthcare professional before booking one of our classes.

All fitness levels welcome, with babies or without.
