Description

This 30-minute, low-impact workout is designed for mums at any stage of their postpartum journey. Whether you're a new mum or a few years in, we’ve got your back with a quick, effective way to regain strength, stability, and fitness—perfect for busy mamas on the go!

Our pyramid-style workout gradually increases and decreases intensity, blending energy boosting and strength exercises to give you a balanced session. You’ll work different muscle groups with bodyweight exercises, focusing on building strength where it matters most. And yes, your baby or toddler can join in on the action—whether they’re used as extra weight in a sling, sleeping in their pram, feeding or hanging out nearby. We welcome all little ones up to 5 years old (older kids are welcome during school holidays too!). You’re also welcome to come solo if that’s what works best for you!

Expect a full-body workout that leaves you feeling sweaty and strong, plus a cooldown to release tension and improve range of motion. We provide a range of exercises that can be adapted to your ability, allowing you to work at your own pace while feeling supported by fellow mums who are on a similar journey.

Don't forget your water bottle for hydration and any personal items you may need. For your baby, consider bringing comfort items to keep them content during the session. A sling is optional, but if you bring one, you're all set for those added snuggles! We also have a dedicated play area with books and toys to keep little ones entertained.

What to expect:

  • A 30-minute standing full-body workout that focuses on strength, stability and boosting energy
  • Low-impact moves that challenge key muscle groups
  • No equipment needed—just you (and maybe your baby!)
  • A friendly, flexible environment where you set your own pace
  • Children up to 5 years old are welcome - free of charge!
  • Option to attend solo!

Just be sure you’ve had your postnatal check-up and received clearance from your healthcare provider before booking.
