Welcome to M-Power: Women's Wellness! A class designed for all women, with specialist support for those navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery and peri/post menopause —but you don’t have to be in these stages to join.
Taught by perinatal and MenoFit-certified instructors, this session provides expert guidance in a welcoming, supportive space.
Hormonal changes bring unique challenges, but movement plays a key role in feeling your best. The class is designed to protect joints, support the core and pelvic floor, and build strength in a way that works with your body. Using resistance and bodyweight exercises, we'll focus on movements that enhance everyday life and overall wellbeing.
Whether you're preparing for birth, rebuilding strength postpartum, adapting to menopause, or simply looking for a safe, low-impact workout, this class is for you!
This is a women-only class (no children, please)—but if you're looking for a session to bring your little one along, we’d love to see you at our mama & mini classes!
What to Expect:
- A 30 minute low-impact class that focuses on strength, mobility and stability
- A mix of standing and floor-based movements, adapted to your fitness level
- A supportive, flexible environment where you can work at your own pace
- All necessary equipment provided (including resistance bands, mats and more!)
