Welcome to Crèche Fit. The postnatal exercise class where mums make friends while enjoying a workout, all without the need for childcare as baby comes with you!
Our bring-along-baby exercise classes are designed specifically for mums who want to regain their pre-baby body, strength and confidence within a friendly and supportive community of like-minded mummies.
Our expert Pre- and Postnatal Personal Trainers are here to guide you through your postpartum journey both physically and emotionally through a varied mix of circuit-based workouts and core-strengthening sessions.
Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. All we ask is that you've had your 6-8 week GP sign off and are at least 6-8 weeks postpartum (10-12 weeks post C-Section).

🤱🏾 Classes are suitable for mums 6+ weeks post birth (10+ weeks post C-section) and everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level.
🧸 We have toys and playmats for the little ones so you can enjoy some much needed 'me time' while they play!
👶 Bookings and reschedules are flexible - we know how unpredictable life can be with a little one!
