Preparing for your baby’s birth and caring for their needs in the early weeks can be a confusing time. We draw on elements of active birth, hypnobirthing, parentcraft and traditional antenatal classes which results in a very powerful combination.

Runs over 4 Tuesday evening sessions - 7-9:30pm (2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd May), and one longer weekend daytime session 10am-3pm (13th May).
