Description
Adult and Me classes focus on developing children’s coordination, balance, strength and confidence, while also introducing them to the basics of ballet technique. We use props such as ribbons and scarves to help engage the children and make the classes fun, interactive and imaginative.
Our classes provide toddlers with a nurturing and engaging environment to explore movement and dance and improve their physical abilities. They focus on developing their motor skills and coordination as they learn basic dance movements and positions, respond to music, and develop concentration and focus.

Dakoda’s Dance Academy is a central London based children’s dance & performing arts academy with classes held in Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia. Our Academy offers the highest standard in children’s dance & performing arts education with individual attention given to every child. We offer a wide range of dance styles including– Royal Academy of Dance Ballet, Street Dance / Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Acro/Gymnastics as well as singing for children from the age of 1 – 17. Students taking Ballet classes are given the opportunity to participate in Royal Academy of Dance examinations and West End Theatre performances are offered to all from the age of 5.
