Description
This class incorporates movement, breathwork and pelvic floor exercises to support your body's healing after childbirth and help you build both physical and mental strength (two must-haves for all new parents). It includes specific exercises around strengthening your abdominal muscles, opening up your chest and shoulders, and stretching your hamstrings.
Hosted in an intimate home studio, the class is limited to three places meaning more individualised attention for you. It's also an opportunity to meet other new parents in your area.
Suitable for those 6 weeks from vaginal birth / 8 weeks from caesarean birth. Pre-crawling babies welcome.
Mats and props are provided, including mats for your baby to rest on while you practise.
