DARE VALLEY FOREST SCHOOL

A truly unique Ladybird parent and toddler group. Come and join us and experience something different with your little one. This parent and toddler group is the perfect social setting for parents with 1-5 year olds.

Our Nature Parent & Toddler Group will harness all the benefits of nature and the outdoors to provide your child with a rich and healthy preschool learning experience designed to develop your child holistically (physical, cognitive, emotional & social development).

We are an inclusive Forest School based in the diverse and wonderful Dare Valley Community Woodland providing a range of purposeful child-led learning experiences in our 9 acre woodland. Children are able to explore nature in depth at their own pace leading to a confident and happy child.

The range of child-led activities will include:
🐞 Seasonal focused activities
🐞 Storytelling & songs
🐞 Mud kitchen
🐞 Exploring and foraging
🐞 Free play
🐞 Nature arts & crafts

Suitable clothing for the outdoors including coat, wellies/walking boots and a spare pair of clothes is essential.
Please bring a cup/mug for hot drinks.
We meet at the gate to Dare Valley Community Woodland between 10am and 10:15am

*PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS
Sessions are non-refundable, however, transfers are available up to 12 hours before the start time. (With exception of emergencies).
Sessions are cheaper when bought with a session pass to encourage the Forest School Principle of regular sessions having the largest benefit to the child.
