Description
FitMAMAS class is a postnatal class - A baby class but with mum as the main focus.
A 60 minute class to help ease mum back into exercise safely.
Each week we will work through the different body parts that will help you be a STRONG, FIT & HEALTHY mum!
We will also take full care to help strength and rehabilitate your core & pelvic floor.
Its great for babies to watch mum exercise , they can be included in the workout / some of the exercises. I will also provide a weight if baby is sleeping or would rather just watch mum do the work.
YOU MUST BE 6 WEEKS POSTPARTUM TO START THESE CLASSES AND MUST HAVE BEEN APPROVED TO EXERCISE FROM YOUR 6 WEEK GP CHECK
I would advise starting 12 weeks post c-section
