A LITTLE THEATRE EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR LITTLE STARS!
In this new style session for Disco Baby, I will be telling a well known folk or fairy story using different moments to prompt us to dance and move in different ways. There will be some bursts of bop but also some calmer moments to draw the children into the story and create a more varied experience with a wider range of musical genres. We'll play with our much loved sensory elements of props, percussion and bubbles and finish with biscuits and a little free time.
This session will build on the tradition of using action songs (nursery rhymes) to aid learning and coordination and provide stimulation for your youngsters to get involved and become part of the story. This immersive experience is an offering to accommodate children who would prefer a slightly gentler environment to my classic disco sessions, to include ages 5&6 also who enjoy stories with actions PLUS parents who would like to sit down a little more whilst enjoying the disco space!
This experience is best suited to children 2-6yrs but younger babies and toddlers also enjoy the magic, especially witnessing the older children join me in telling the tale. If you have a sibling +6yrs who you feel would benefit and enjoy please do get in touch!
