Description
Baby yoga encourages playful interaction and communication between you and your baby that will contribute to their following stages of development.
You will learn hands-on baby yoga exercises that help with balance, strength and flexibility in your baby’s developing body. These yoga movements will help your baby grow strong and maintain the flexibility they are born with as well as other benefits like
aiding digestion, improving sleep and helping with sitting, crawling and walking. The class will finish with relaxation for you and your baby so you will both leave feeling calm and relaxed.
The class is 45 mins and suitable for babies from 10 weeks to those just starting to walk.
