What happens during sessions:

First we allow everyone to arrive and settle, enjoy refreshments and chat to old friends, be introduced to new friends - always a warm welcome awaits!

Then we spend a mindful moment together: breathing, a short meditation or guided relaxation (about 10 minutes)

Following that, we have an invited speaker sharing their wisdom on their area of expertise, followed by Q&A or demonstration (check out my website to see past speakers and topics, to get an idea)

Finally we round up our session by eating more snacks while chatting, perhaps another short mindful moment to finish.
