Description
Exercise with Baby is a unique exercise and recovery program, that really works at getting Mummy fit, strong, toned and energised, all while baby has lots of fun along the way too!
Using a variety of interactive techniques (songs, movement, dance & visuals) baby is included and engaged with throughout the entire sessions, making our program a fun bonding experience for both mummy and baby.
Level 2 (5-15 months)
These faster paced, high intensity cardio, toning and strengthening workouts get real results fast, but are still carefully designed for the needs of postnatal women. Suitable for ladies from 5 months after birth providing there are no current joint, pelvic floor, back or diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation) issues. Lots of the babies are on the move in these sessions, they have a great time playing with each other and interacting during our songs.
Each session includes 45 minutes of exercise (this is usually baby's limit), with time allowed either side to unwind, tend to baby and socialise.
We create a fun friendly atmosphere, our groups are a great way to meet and socialise with other mummies and babies while getting those happy hormones flowing too.
Sessions available in the morning at Telford (Tuesday), Oswestry (Wednesday) and Shrewsbury (Friday).
