Description
Breathe, Move and connect your mind and body with this relaxing yet empowering antenatal class which offers a unique blend of Active Birth Education, Pregnancy Yoga, Hypnobirthing, Breathing techniques, Relaxation and the chance to connect with other pregnant people as well as preparing for your calm and positive birth.
Wether this is your first or subsequent pregnancy this is the perfect class to take time out for you, to prepare your mind and body for your confident and positive birth, however you choose to birth your baby.
This is a 6 week term of classes on a Tuesday evening at 7pm atThe Space, Hove.
