FIRST LOVE BABY MASSAGE

Come along to a 5 week baby massage course. A perfect way to connect with your baby and other local parents.

Each session you'll get to learn different massage strokes to use on your baby and gentle movements, which can support baby's development. You'll learn a routine for colic, wind and constipation and learn about touch relaxation techniques, which can help if your baby is anxious or having difficulty settling.

You'll also get a complimentary bottle of organic cold pressed oil to use on your baby, weekly handouts, parent handbook and a certificate of completion.

The baby massage classes are baby led, so if you need to feed, change or comfort your baby, the classes are a safe and supportive space for you to do so.

If your baby is sleeping during the sessions there are spare dolls to practice the massage strokes on.

All you need to bring is yourself, baby and a blanket or towel for baby to lay on.
