Description
These classes combine Pilates and Yoga moves to safely work on maintaining core strength, retaining good posture and training the pelvic floor muscles.
Suitable from 12wks pregnant or 6/8wks postnatal. Please ensure you have discussed any new exercise classes with your Midwife before joining or had your GP sign off to return to exercise. No previous experience needed to join.
