Description
Suitable from approximately 6-8weeks postnatal if vaginal delivery and 10-12 weeks if c-section.
Please bring own weights/ cans of beans/ filled water bottles to class.
No special pram needed and you work at your own level whilst getting the opportunity to chat, meet other mums and enjoy some fresh air fitness!
