Description
Preparing ears, voices and fingers for reading and writing. Funics are fun, interactive classes aimed at children age 2.5 years up to school age. We want to share the joy of language in creative, energetic and accessible ways for carers and children. Each week we focus on a different story and explore a sound or language skill. Using action songs, rhymes, creative activities and play we develop the listening and speaking skills for early language development. Our vision is that every child can love stories and learn through the activities we share and that their grown-ups can understand the processes of learning which will help their child develop at their own pace and without pressure. We do this through introducing phonic skills, developing gross and fine motor skills and talking! Lots of talking!
