Description

his 90 min workshop will explain the symptoms of parental burnout, look at some of the possible causes and we will explore some of the best tools and strategies that can work best for you. This is an interactive workshop and a safe space for you to share or just listen to other likeminded parents and an opportunity for you to meet new people.

The workshop includes a glass of wine or soft drink.
