Description

A unique fitness class offering the opportunity to work out but bring your little one with you, getting past a challenge for many of us - arranging childcare!

​If you want to push your body to the limit and burn lots of calories, then circuits are the answer. This intense workout will work every muscle. To make the experience comfortable for your child’s ears, the music will be played at a much lower volume than your average circuits class.​

Circuit training is well known to increase strength and fitness, and in this class, you'll be kept busy with a mix of muscle building exercise and cardio. The idea is to keep the heart rate up and the body moving, giving every muscle group an aerobic workout that'll give fast results.

Bring your little one in a car seat or push chair which they must be happy to remain in during the class and yes its okay if you need to wander off occasionally to pick up the soother they've chucked on the floor!​​
