As a parent-baby interactive practice, Baby Yoga brings out the essence of yoga and connection through breath, enhancing natural development as it unfolds and joint relaxation.

Class lay out example:
-Chat and catch up
-Gentle stretches for mum

-Mum & baby yoga moves to do together (including dips & swings)
-Arm movements for baby
-Postnatal yoga for mum
-Relaxation & end of session
Each week, we will introduce new moves, but keeping the ones that become firm favourites in the group.
We will have lots of songs that link to moves to help you remember and continue the practice at home.
There will also be time for chats, parachute play & bubbles
