Description
A fun movement based class using equipment such as balance beams, rockers, stepping stones, skipping ropes, balls, parachutes etc.
Every session is themed around a topic such as space, the seaside or the circus and activities include a mix of gross motor, fine motor, group work and individual work. We always finish with a theme based story and a snack to calm the body and mind before the end of the session.
Classes are for confident walkers up to school age.
