Description
A 60 min class where we focus on moving and breathing in a way to help you connect to your body and your baby.
There are many benefits or pregnancy yoga, including:

Previous yoga experience not required
Suitable from 14 weeks pregnant
All equipment provided, feel free to bring your own mat, blanket or anything else that will make you feel completely comfortable.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations to bookings are accepted with 48 hours notice, cancellations after this are non-refundable. All refundable cancellations will be less charges incurred. Amendments to bookings are at my discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
