Description
Join a welcoming group of new mums and their babies for some yoga for you while the babies have a nap in a bouncer or socialise with other babies.
The session is 90mins, approx 60min yoga and 30min for tea, biscuits and a chat with other mums.
This is a great way to ease yourself back into exercise without the worry of childcare.
Plus you get to meet other local, like-minded mums.
