HATHA MAMA YOGA

A nurturing baby led class for parent and pre mobile babies suitable from 3 weeks old onwards. Each week learn a gentle baby yoga and massage sequence to help sooth and bond with your baby as well as yoga movement and relaxation time for carers.

Class size is small max 6 people and are held at the beautiful Garden Studio in South Ealing, a quiet sanctuary surrounded by nature where you can relax and connect with your little one.

Each class we will learn different movements, baby holds and techniques to aid relaxation, sleep and digestion issues. As well as postnatal yoga suitable from early postpartum, breathwork and pelvic floor focus. Includes massage oil and a booklet to take home so you can practice what you have learnt any time.

Class structure

Week 1 - Legs and abdominal massage
Week 2 - Chest and arm massage
Week 3 - Back and face massage
Week 4 - Full body massage and colic sequence

Classes are consecutive, we recap the massages learnt each week so you won't miss out. You are welcome to make up a missed session by attending mum and baby yoga on Tuesdays.

Monday 10am - 11am

Please bring a blanket that smells of home for baby and a muslin. All yoga equipment is provided.

Buggies are not allowed in the studio so please bring rain covers if needed.

Parking is free after 10am if you require a permit I can purchase you one for additional fee contract me to arrange this in advance.

Venue is situated next to Ealing Christadelphian Church, through the garden next door.
