Did you know that practicing Mindfulness is so good for our health and wellbeing. By learning to stay in the present we are lessening the anxieties and fears that we think the future holds for us.
This session is exploring how we can connect with ourselves. Taking time to have that little bit of self care that we all need.
No fear and no judgement - just a safe place for you to share your thoughts and feelings (if you wish to), connect with other ladies and be led through a series of relaxing activities all designed to help you acknowledge, accept and let go.
During this informal, yet much needed, self-care session we will take time to practice calm breathing to help regulate our bodies, share our experiences and concerns in a safe space and use some simple, gentle movement and creativity to explore our monthly theme. We will end by really letting go as I lead you in a guided visualisation (the part where you get to lie down under your blanket and fully relax!)
Why not come along to this relaxed informal session, with a cuppa and a pillow. Its a chance to connect to others and give ourselves some much needed self care at this very difficult time.
