Description

Baby massage is a wonderful skill to learn with your new born baby.

Baby Massage can help with bonding, reduce trapped wind and colic, help establish good sleep routines and introduce you to other new parents from the area.

Each course lasts 5 weeks. You will get a bottle of organic oil to start you off, a detailed parent handbook, a certificate on completion and homemade biscuits each week over a cuppa and a chat with the other parents on the course.

Please bring a towel for your little one to lie on and blankets to snuggle your little one with. Please also bring a cushion for yourselves.
There is pram access and parking at the church h.
