A weekly Pregnancy yoga & Realaxation class for mum-to-be designed to support you through your pregnancy.
Each week we combine gentle pregnancy yoga based movement with breathing exercises, hypnobirthing & mindfulness techniques to help you feel relaxed, confident & prepared for your upcoming birth.
Each class lasts 1 hour and includes:
Pregnancy yoga based movement
Biomechanics for birth
Breathing & relaxation techniques
Mindfulness practice
Guided meditation/hypnobirthing
Recorded Hypnobirthing tracks for you to listen to at home
An optional cuppa & natter at the end of class
Support from me whenever you need it via whatsapp
40 minutes of calming movement and 20 minutes of restful relaxation.
Classes can be booked in 6 week blocks for £63 or you can attend on a Pay As You Go basis at £12 per week - giving you lots of flexibility.
This antenatal course is suitable to start from any time after your dating scan all the way up to birth and you can attend as many blocks/classes as you like throughout this time.
The classes are great for everyone no matter if this is your 1st or 5th pregnancy and no matter the type of birth you are planning.
These mums only antenatal classes are absolutely fantastic as a stand alone course. But they work amazingly when combined with my weekly Bite-Size Birth - Active Birth education classes (which can be attended alone or alongside your partner). Or my Birth to Baby - Comprehensive birth and newborn care preparation course
