Pregnancy yoga can help ease discomfort, reduce stress, and prepare women both physically and mentally for childbirth. Additionally, it can help improve circulation, reduce swelling, and promote better sleep. My classes are accredited by FEDANT and Yoga Alliance and offer modifications for different stages of pregnancy.
