Description
Pregnancy yoga is a fantastic way to stay mobile and active throughout your pregnancy. It helps to relieve common pregnancy aches such as stiff shoulders and lower back discomfort as well as being a great way to start bonding with your baby.
This relaxing evening session will leave you feeling serene and ready to roll into bed.
These classes are a good way to meet other mums-to-be and give you the opportunity to share any concerns. Anyone who attends is invited to join a WhatsApp group. This is a safe space where you can ask questions and share tips. I also post information and articles that people may find helpful.
If your estimated due date is soon, and you are unable to commit to a class pass, please get in touch.
I provide everything you need so please just come along with a bottle of water. It is advisable to eat a small snack (e.g. a banana, cereal bar or something similar) around 30 minutes before the class to help stabilise your blood sugar levels.
Parking:
Parking on the opposite side of the road to the studio is free, however parking outside the studio is restricted to 30 minutes. There's a car park 2 doors down from the studio that's £1 for an hour or there's St Nicolas street car park about a minute or 2 walk from the studio, which is free (the one opposite the swimming pool.)
