Be guided through exercises to help with pelvic floor issues and abdominal separations (diastasis recti). Based on the MUTU System with elements of yoga, Pilates and biomechanics. The MUTU System is an NHS recommended and award winning program to heal and feel great again whilst pregnant or as a mum. Learn exercises and understand your body in a way that you will carry with you through life. Also suitable for grandmothers and anyone looking for physical support as a woman.
