Pilates and fitness to recover your body confidence, pelvic floor and core health as a woman. Focusing on healing from pelvic floor issues, find your abdominal muscles and closing any gaps if present, and feeling like yourself in your best body. Incorporating Pilates and some of the MUTU System, an award winning program recommended by the NHS for pelvic floor and diastasis recti and whole body alignment work. Practice the best in movement wherever you are in your life cycle as a woman from just working on your fertility to just having given birth, to menopause and beyond. The class will be an open forum for us to discuss any issues that come up and how good movement can help.
