30 minute session of yoga joined with care home residents. Followed by 15 minutes chat and hot or cold drink with them.

Kalma Life intergenerational baby yoga - What happens in the session? Your baby enjoys a 30 minute long class which includes a mixture of songs, poses, stretches, sensory play and bubbles and then we have 15 mins or so of chatting with the residents of Stichell House showing off the babies and making the whole room smile!
