Mummy&Me Fitness Class
👶Babies & Toddlers 👧 welcome
I'm very excited to be offering this fitness class to mums who want to:
*Strengthen their core - less lower back pain
*Improve their posture - no more hunched back
*Build muscle all over body
*Be part of supportive group of like minded women
*Feel like they are investing in their health
*And at the same time giving their kids opportunity to socialise
We run in 6 weeks blocks during term time.
Wednesdays 9.45 - 10.30, the Shephall Centre, SG2 9XR
Fridays 9.45 - 10.30, Fairlands Valley Studio, SG2 0BL - other side of Cafe.
