This ticket includes you and one birth partner of your choice to attend a group antenatal/hypnobirthing course.

This three-week comprehensive hypnobirthing course gives you the best possible chance of achieving a positive birth experience, however birth happens! Each week you will learn simple and powerful tools to support you in labour, birth and beyond. The sessions are enjoyable and easy to digest, no hippy chanting, I promise! Refreshments, a hypnobirthing workbook, MP3 downloads and affirmation cards all included.

This course is suitable to start anytime from 25 weeks gestation onwards.
