Description
The classes are suitable from the six/eight week check with your GP and once you have been given the ok to resume exercise. I have been teaching the classes for nearly 4 years to small groups and they provide a wonderful opportunity as a new mother to ease back into exercise as well as practising gentle yoga with your baby. We always start with breath work and end with a relaxation. The sessions are relaxed and adaptable to the needs of both mums and their babies with exercises for both. We will also be singing nursery rhymes.
Parking available, room is upstairs but lift available. Cafe downstairs.
