KENT HYPNOBIRTHING

Packed with over 10 hours of evidence-based information alongside practical and confidence boosting techniques and taught across three weekly sessions.

The sessions take place in a relaxed workshop studio in the centre of Herne Bay and you will benefit from my experience as a Hypnobirthing Teacher, Mum of three, Doula and Mindful Breastfeeding Practitioner.

I will teach you about the amazing physiology of what actually happens in your body during labour, equip you with practical tools & techniques to support you and help you learn how to maximise your body's natural birthing power for a positive, calm and empowered birth!

This course will truly transform your pregnancy (and possibly even your life!) by giving you key knowledge and essential practical tools. By the end of the course you will be feeling calm, confident and even excited about giving birth!
