You get a 30min Pilates or Yoga session, your baby gets a 15min mini Baby Sensory experience! This way you both get the best out of the session, by focussing properly on each one at a time!
We all know how hard multitasking can be, especially at the early stages postnatally. So we’ll help you focus on yourself and your baby.
So, while your baby gets to chill / play by your side, you get the job done, then we’ll take some well deserved special baby time. Win, win!
