Come and join our fantastic Mama Fitcamp, have a well deserved workout while your little ones play or join you. With plenty of toys, bouncers, play mats etc your littles will be entertained. An all female ladies class where we understand that getting active again is so needed but also may need tweeking depending on your baby and your body. So join us meet other mums and let your baby's have a play date!
Please make sure you have been signed off by a doctor after your 6 week check up.
