A TYPICAL KIDS KICKBOXING CLASS
Our martial arts classes vary from session to session with new fun exercises, games and techniques. Most classes follow a common structure:
WARM UP – Stretches and gentle exercises
PAD WORK – Here we teach how to punch, kick and evade attacks. This includes any self defense techniques
FITNESS GAMES – Fun games designed to improve your child’s fitness, co-ordination and flexibility
LIFE SKILLS – Learn discipline, fitness, co-ordination and other important life skills
STRETCH OUT – A range of stretches for the entire body.
