Description
Postnatal yoga suitable from 6 weeks postpartum or 8 weeks after caesarean.
Whilst babies are most welcome this is a class for the mamas. The class will include breathe work, pelvic floor exercises and strengthening yoga. Your baby can be resting on a soft blanket in front of you, get involved in some of the yoga with you if needed and you can of course feed and change nappies.
This is time for you, to move, feel good and meet other mums. We can’t wait to welcome you.
