Description
During these sessions we encourage all our Pre-school children to learn early balance, co-ordination and basic gymnastics skills through a variety of age appropriate and fun activities, focusing on motor skills, spatial awareness, strength and agility. Our Pre-schoolers are coached through a variety of elements on apparatus such as floor, beam, trampoline and track building up to the learning of fundamental gymnastics skills.
