Join me on Thursday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm for a fun, friendly and inclusive pregnancy yoga class focused on helping you reconnect with your body.
Classes last an hour. We'll practice in a way that helps you build strength and awareness in your body, and also gives you some relaxation time.
This class is co-taught with Yoga for everyone, which means if you're post-post-natal but would still like to maintain a regular yoga practice in a supportive environment, you're very welcome
You’re welcome in my classes at any stage of pregnancy. I want you to feel comfortable in your body, and to make choices that benefit you throughout pregnancy. Every pregnant person is an individual experiencing a completely different journey. It’s your body and your practice: let’s find what works for you.
In these classes, we’ll focus on a safe, development-focused mixed practice underpinned by knowledge, focusing on how the body changes, what’s safe and what you might come to expect.
