Learn the strokes needed to perform baby massage on your baby in this five week course.

Ideally better for babies from 6 weeks old as babies will be more settled.

Location: The Laura Trott Leisure Centre, 44 Windmill Ln, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross EN8 9AJ. Class will take place in the room located next to Tinytoons Nursery. Buggy parking is available in the family changing rooms.

Pay and display parking is available in the car park attached to the Laura Trott Leisure Centre with plenty of parent/child bays.
Also a short walk from Cheshunt Station.

A calm and relaxing class for both baby and parent. As well as learning the sequence of massage strokes which supports with relaxing your baby, helping them to sleep and support their digestion, you will also have the opportunity to meet other parents in a calm and soothing space. Approximately the final 15 minutes of the class will give you the opportunity to have a chat with other parents and ask any questions you may have about early years development.

Baby massage helps parents to build bonds through the power of touch as well as supporting parents with their baby's early development including their emotional wellbeing and physical development.

The course includes a bespoke baby massage goody bag to support you with developing your baby massage skills and help nurture your little bundle of joy at the start of their early learning journey.
