Description
A relaxing 1h 15min class with:
Short intro discussion on a birthing or mothering topic
45 minutes of a Pilates & Yoga blend of exercises to strengthen for birth and ease common pregnancy aches and pains.
Breath work to manage strong sensations (including contractions) for any type of pregnancy, birth and early postnatal experience
different positions for labour.
A deep relaxation that should help you sleep well that night.
Once a month we make time at the end of the session for a biscuit, a drink and mum-chat to boost our sense of community and make those all important postnatal Mum friends!
Please bring:
an exercise mat
small cushion/[pillow
blanket/small throw
You may like to also bring some water and a snack.
If you are experiencing pelvic girdle pain, I can adjust the class so that you can complete it in a chair or on a gym ball. Just let me know.
