LITTLE & LOVED WELLBEING

This exciting class is especially designed for babies who are exploring movement on their own terms.

There is a small amount of structured circle time intermittently through out the class for more traditional baby yoga through action songs; but lots of free play in between to climb, rock, bounce and explore using simple equipment.

All activities, both planned and in the free play, aim to encourage, support and develop that natural urge to explore and move which optimises the development of the vestibular and proprioceptive systems of the central nervous system.

Mum chat, juice and biscuits are a bit trickier in this class; but we always give it a go near the end by providing individual sensory trays for each baby to explore so they stay still for a few minutes!
